They can be incorporated in the regular meals and make them different and add a little variety and flavor to your normal meals. In addition to fantastic flavors, bitters are great for the digestive system. They come in a wide variety and include both fruits and vegetables. You may enjoy some bitter foods more than others, so pick from an extensive list and taste away!
