Grieving During The Holidays

Grief is a real part of the holiday experience. We remember loved ones and miss their presence at the oddest moments. Let the feelings flow and share with others to allow those memories to be renewed. Grief is a part of the process. Allow it to unfold and be released.

One thing to think about is what you are going to eat and how you are going to feed that grief. You can feed it either good food that will assist you with the transition, or you can feed it bad food that will take you down a path of discomfort and disease. Think carefully what you put on your plate when you are depressed, upset or anxious. It will have a significant effect on your behavior, your response mechanism, your thoughts and even your feelings. Food is just that powerful. Eat healthy, clean, uplifting foods that nurture your mind, body and soul. No junk food, processed food or sugary foods. Limit as much as possible so that you don’t have to deal with that on top of everything else.

Use delicious spices, homemade drinks, infused water, fresh organic produce, and natural snacks that metabolize well in the body. You will see a difference in your energy and your mood almost immediately.

Let me know how you do with this. Leave a comment in the section below. Contact me for a consultation if you need assistance. Take your journey through grief seriously. It plays an intricate part in every moment of your life.

Snacking: FEED ME!!

What is the body saying to you when it gets hungry? You may be craving something sweet, something salty, something crunchy or cool. Well, your body is actually calling for nutrients not junk food. When you give it what it needs, you are actually creating a sustainable environment from within.

We are programmed to be dysfunctional and do what is not good for us. You see it on TV, hear it on the radio, even your own family may entice you to eat something they know isn’t made to serve you. It is up to each individual to choose the right thing to do. What are your choices you might ask? How do I get away from the junk and start to revive my self defense mechanism in my own body? Well that is a great question. Jump on the 5-day rejuvenation plan and get your body back on track and stay there! We have a lot of work to do in reversing this lifestyle. Start today.

Taking The Time

Hello Friend!

Just checking in on you to ask a question. Have you taken the time to power up? Do know what means? It means cutting out a slice of time for you. We get so regimented and bogged down with busy work that we forget to take the time to smell the roses! Life is a gift and each day we must allow ourselves time to embrace that gift – even if its for just 15 min.

I want you to read how important meditation is to your health and wellness. Then I want you to click this link below and follow me on this exercise . Don’t worry about getting everything right, just take time to do it. Breathe into it. Modify it so it fits your level of ability. After you are done, right me a reply on how that felt.

Exercise the lungs is extremely important right now. What you put into your body is equally important. Wake up with water to wash away all the junk and start fresh. Water is  cleansing. It’s amazing in its simplicity.

OK, just these two things… follow me in the exercise each day for one week and wake up with a glass of water. Then send me a reply to tell me how you feel.

Peace & Light~
